🧘 Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
1️⃣ Seated Breathing (1 Min) – Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take slow, deep belly breaths.
2️⃣ Neck Rolls (1 Min) – Gently roll your head side to side to release tension.
3️⃣ Cat-Cow Stretch (1 Min) – Move between arching and rounding your back to wake up your spine.
