I know how different each belly (and baby!) can be.

I also know how hard it is to make time for yourself when you’re juggling fatigue, kids, appointments, and the ever-growing belly.

That’s why I create realistic, energizing prenatal yoga flows and faith-rooted encouragement that works in real life — no perfect schedule, no need for silence, no unrealistic expectations.
