🌿 Perfect for stress relief, posture reset, or mid-day relaxation.

Set an intention!
In yoga, you set an intention at the beginning of your practice. As a Christian, I like to choose bible verses that can lead my practice- and day- in a positive direction. Here are some of my favorites:
- Psalm 16:9 – “Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.“
- 2 Timothy 1:7 – “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”

1️⃣ Gentle Neck Rolls (1 Minute)
- Inhale deeply, then exhale as you slowly drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.
- Pause where you feel tension—breathe into it.
- Gently roll your head forward, chin to chest, then over to the left side.
- Continue this slow, fluid motion, pausing at any tight spots.
💡 No forcing—just letting gravity do the work.

2️⃣ Shoulder Shrug & Release (1 Minute)
- Inhale deeply and lift your shoulders all the way up to your ears.
- Hold for a moment, feeling the tension build.
- Exhale with a sigh as you drop your shoulders completely.
- Repeat 3-4 times, exaggerating the motion.
💡 Let go of tension with each drop—physically and mentally.
3️⃣ Final Shoulder Rolls (30 Seconds Each Direction)
- Roll shoulders backward in big circles.
- Then switch, rolling them forward in a smooth motion.
💡 Feel the movement spreading through your upper back and neck.
🌿 Take one final deep breath, exhale fully, and feel the lightness in your upper body.
